NEOMYCIN 20% W.S.P
NEOMYCIN 20% W.S.P is an aminoglycoside antibiotic and calcium channel protein inhibitor.
Absorption of neomycin sulfate after administration is limited to about 3%.

How to use or dosing:
Poultry (chicken, turkey, duck): from
50 – 150 gm Neomycin 20% D.S.P. For every 150-200 liters of drinking water per day for up to 7 days.
Cows: 5 – 10 grams neomycin 20% w.s.p. For every 100 kg of body weight per day for up to 14 days.
Horses: 5 – 10 grams neomycin 20% w.s.p. Per 100 kg of body weight daily for up to 14 days, given in drinking water.
Sheep and goats: 2.5 grams of neomycin 20% T.S.P. Per 50 kg of body weight daily for up to 14 days.
Dogs: 0.5 – 1 gram neomycin 20% BD. For every 10 kg of body weight, twice daily, as needed, and given with drinking water.
To obtain the appropriate dose, body weight must be determined accurately.
The treatment period must continue for a period of up to 24 hours or up to 48 hours after recovery from the disease, but the maximum period must not be exceeded, as animals that do not drink or eat must be treated individually by immersion.
Side Effects:
It occurs only in rare cases
Neomycin may cause ear poisoning, kidney poisoning, intestinal malabsorption, or severe diarrhea
